Cancellation Policy

Appointment Confirmation All bookings must be confirmed in advance through the online booking system or directly with me. Punctuality Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running late, kindly inform me as soon as possible. Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may limit availability for future bookings. Test Drives A valid driver’s license is required for all test drives. Please bring your license with you on the day of your appointment. No-Show Policy If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without notice, future booking requests may require advance confirmation.
